Welcome to our latest Investment Portfolio, with opportunities listed from a wide range of regular and new contacts via London Docklands own web portal. Many of the sites and properties are offered off market and therefore require rapid decision-making

Most sites in London Docklands have been purchased unconditionally due to the fast-track nature of the market, but this may not be the case under new and different planning regimes operating in the area.

We have assisted purchasers of sites and investment properties from many parts of the world and have been successful in fulfilling their requirements. If you require 1-4 apartments on a buy for rent basis, we will put you in touch with a specialist relocation consultant experienced in London Docklands who will work with you to find suitable properties.

For 5-plus residential properties or development sites (circa £1M at Q2 2001), we will draw up a short-list on your behalf and effect an introduction to the vendor or vendor's agent where appropriate. We do not expect to be retained directly but will charge fees for successful introductions reflecting the complexity and duration of the work. In all cases these will be agreed in writing in advance.
