We will help plan a viewing trip of 2-4 days to enable you to inspect our suggestions on personally conducted visits with our Spanish partners who will meet you at the airport, take your party to the pre-booked hotel or villa and arrange your visits itinerary with you.

How we work In Spain
When they meet your plane, our Spanish affiliates will have been fully briefed on your pre-visit ideas and viewing short-list and will be ready to take you to sites and properties matching your requirements. The itinerary is finalised with you and will be designed to allow as much time as you need at each property.There is no hard sell nor pressure of any kind - just timely information to enable you to look at all the options according to your personal needs and timing. You will be dealing with English speaking people, who, when you are ready, will introduce legal and other professionals (Again, English speakers, with translations of Spanish documentation) who can help as required.
At your convenience you can enjoy a tour of the area to get your bearings and inspect some of the prime developments on
offer which best suit your needs. We will have already emailed your purchasing rationale to enable our Spanish colleagues to provide specific property briefings and arrange inspections. You will find villas and apartments that can be bought immediately or others where sales completed at any time up to 18 months, according to the site construction programme. Developers will agree a phased payment plan with you, linked to stage completion, as in the UK.
All newbuild properties in Spain are now legally covered by a 20 year construction guarantee.

Soler Inmobiliaria, a leading specialist developer and estate agent with offices in Albir who offer security and knowledge of the market, which has been developed since their first branch opening in 1991.
They always pay close attention to your property needs and provide independent advice covering all aspects of property purchasing in Spain. There are literally hundreds of properties detailed on the main Soler Inmobiliaria website and we recommend a browse before you go to gain benchmark prices and location preferences and to compile your personal purchasing rationale.
Viewing offer. Soler will reimburse the cost of your adult airfare(s) if you sign a property purchase agreement during your viewing trip. Fidalsa International Real Estate is a well established real estate agency marketing a wide range of villas along the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca. Many are in typical Spanish style and in communities with shared facilities like swimming pools. Some of their homes are on 200 square metre plots offering good family space indoors and out and offroad parking while three bedroom/two bathroom villas are on 800 square metre plots with room for a swimpool.
Fidalsa will carefully guide buyers through the whole process and "we are available for regular assistance well after you have bought and settled here. Many of our buyers finish up as friends because friendships are easy to develop here, even for those wishing a reserved, laid back lifestyle".

Paraiso de la Bahia is an enclosed housing development located near two of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol and close to 20 of the finest golf courses in the whole of Spain, including Valderrama and Marbella Golf.
