How we work In Spain
When they meet your plane, our Spanish affiliates will have been fully briefed on your pre-visit ideas and viewing short-list and will be ready to take you to sites and properties matching your requirements. The itinerary is finalised with you and will be designed to allow as much time as you need at each property.

There is no hard sell nor pressure of any kind - just timely information to enable you to look at all the options according to your personal needs and timing. You will be dealing with English speaking people, who, when you are ready, will introduce legal and other professionals (Again, English speakers, with translations of Spanish documentation) who can help as required.

We will have already emailed your purchasing rationale to enable our Spanish colleagues to provide specific property briefings and arrange inspections. Developers will agree a phased payment plan with you, linked to stage completion, as in the UK.
